Three practices. One delivery standard.

We integrate AI governance, capacity-building, and architecture from the start — and put senior practitioners on every engagement. Below: what we do, in detail.

01

AI Governance & Regulation

From draft legislation to operational policy — we help institutions design AI frameworks that hold up under scrutiny and write the playbooks that turn them into practice.

Most AI regulation looks coherent on paper and falls apart in operational rollout. We bring policy drafting experience together with practitioner experience of what regulators will actually examine, what auditors will actually test, and what engineering teams will actually need to comply. The output is a framework your institution can run, not a document it can publish.

What we deliver
  • AI legislative drafting & review Drafting and review of national-level AI bills and ministerial frameworks, including stakeholder consultation design.
  • Risk & impact assessment AI risk frameworks aligned to international standards (OECD, NIST AI RMF, EU AI Act) — translated for local operational context.
  • Public-sector AI policy advisory Standing advisory for ministries, parliaments, and regulators navigating live AI policy questions.
  • Compliance readiness Readiness assessment and remediation for institutions facing AI-related compliance scrutiny.
02

AI Capacity-Building

Programmes that move institutional AI literacy from theory to working knowledge — designed for parliaments, ministries, and international-org partners.

Capacity-building programmes fail when they are designed by people who do not do the work. We design ours from the practitioner side: what does a parliamentarian actually need to know before a vote? What does a director-general actually need to ask before signing off a procurement? Curriculum is built around real decision moments, not abstract overviews.

What we deliver
  • Parliamentary AI literacy programmes Multi-session programmes for parliamentarians and committee staff, including live-policy case work.
  • Executive & senior-leader briefings Tightly scoped briefings for ministers, director-generals, and senior international-org staff.
  • Curriculum & train-the-trainer Curriculum design with local trainers brought up to standard for sustained in-region delivery.
  • Multi-stakeholder programme delivery End-to-end programme delivery for international organisations, including UN-system, World Bank, EU, and bilateral donors.
03

Architecture & AI Integration

Reference architectures and senior delivery for AI-enabled services in regulated environments. We design systems we would be willing to operate ourselves.

When AI moves from pilot to production in a regulated context, the design decisions made early determine whether the system survives the second auditor’s visit. We bring solution architecture and presales experience together with current applied-ML practice — and we hand over systems with the evaluation harnesses, retrieval discipline, and documentation a successor team will actually use.

What we deliver
  • Solution architecture & technical advisory Pre-procurement architecture reviews, technical due diligence, and reference architectures for AI-enabled programmes.
  • LLM & AI integration design Production-grade LLM integrations with retrieval, evaluation, and governance attached — not a chatbot bolted onto a website.
  • Evaluation & governance harnesses Test harnesses and evaluation pipelines that survive contact with operational data — and produce evidence regulators accept.
  • Programme & delivery leadership Senior delivery leadership for multi-vendor AI programmes that need a steady hand and an outcome-oriented brief.

Tell us what good looks like. We will come back with how to get there.

A 60-minute call is enough to know if we are the right people. Inside a week of that call, we send back a written point of view and a costed shape — or tell you honestly if we are not the right fit.
