What size of engagement do you take?
Our smallest engagement is a fixed-fee diagnostic. Our largest is a multi-month HSM deployment or capacity-building programme. We are deliberately small, so we cannot take everything — we tell you honestly if your brief is too big or too small for us to deliver well.
Are you a Thales / Utimaco / Entrust partner?
Partnerships with leading HSM and digital trust vendors are in development. We name partners when contracts are signed — never before. We are happy to discuss our partnership posture, what we have delivered, and which vendor profile matches your brief on a discovery call.
How quickly can you start?
Discovery calls usually happen within a week of a brief landing. Diagnostic phases can typically start a few weeks after sign-off. Larger build and deployment engagements depend on associate availability — we are clear about the earliest honest start date.
Do you work in regulated industries?
Yes — financial services and regulated public-sector work is the core of what we do. We are familiar with the audit, compliance, and operational handover expectations these environments demand.
Do you work with international organisations and donors?
Yes. We have experience with UN-system, World Bank, EU delegation, and bilateral donor work, and we are familiar with the procurement and reporting expectations that come with it.
Are you vendor-independent?
Yes. We have no reseller agreements, no margin-share arrangements outside disclosed professional services partnerships, and no commercial reason to recommend any specific tool, model, or platform. Where partnerships make sense, we pursue them on technical merit and disclose them clearly.
Can you sign our NDA?
Yes — we treat every brief as NDA-grade by default. We are happy to sign your organisation’s standard NDA before a discovery call. For international-org work, we are familiar with the standard confidentiality clauses in UNDP, World Bank, and EU contracting.
Are you new? You were founded in 2026.
Yes, OmniTrust as a firm was founded in 2026. The people behind it are not new — the founding team has years of buyer-side experience operating digital trust infrastructure inside Egypt’s largest financial-services backbone, contribution to Egypt’s first AI regulation bill via parliamentary capacity-building, and complementary expertise on the senior associate bench. We are transparent about the difference: a young firm, a senior bench.
